We want all of our guests – from our patients to their families – to have the best possible experience in our facilities. Aside from compassionate and exceptional healthcare, we also offer numerous amenities to aid in the comfort of your stay.
Located off the Main Lobby, our gift shop offers a unique selection of gifts, fresh floral arrangements, snacks and sundry items.
Translation services are available. For assistance Monday through Friday, please call 580-252-5300 and ask for a House Supervisor. All other times, please speak a nurse or the Nursing Supervisor for assistance.
A Duncan Regional Hospital patient advocate is available to discuss any problems or concerns you may have about your care or the care of a loved one. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We provide complimentary wireless Internet access for our guests and visitors.

The wireless network is available throughout the hospital campus and is available 24/7.
What do I have to do to connect?
From your cellular device or computer, you select the wireless called: BeOurGuestDRH, then enter the password: DRHGuest
Enjoy your time on our wireless network. As with any public wireless network, we strongly recommend guests take measures to secure their devices and internet communications. We encourage using virtual private networks in conjunction with personal firewalls and virus protections to mitigate risk to personal data. It is the user’s responsibility to take precautions and provide security measures suited to their situation and intended use of the service.
