Quality
There are many factors patients and their families consider when choosing a hospital. Ultimately, none are more important than the quality of patient care and the satisfaction they experience.
We believe in providing the best care for our patients with an uncompromising approach to quality and patient safety. We strive for excellence in all that we undertake, with a continuous focus on monitoring, evaluating and refining processes that impact patient safety, costs of care, quality and the appropriateness of treatment and services that we provide.
Quality Indicators
Hospital Compare was created through the efforts of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and includes quality measures and comparisons for Medicare-certified hospitals across the country.
HCAHPS
The Hospital Quality Alliance and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services developed an acute inpatient survey, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS), that covers a patient’s experience with their hospital care.
Patient Satisfaction
We’re committed to providing patients and their families with the best care experience possible. Recognizing that this involves going beyond providing high-quality medical care, we ask our patients to tell us about their total care experience – from the attentiveness of our nursing and physician team members to the cleanliness of our rooms – and we use that feedback to continuously improve every aspect of our care.
We mail a satisfaction survey to patients after an experience in our hospital. The survey asks patients to rate their experience, from the registration process to discharge. Team members at DRH Health regularly review survey results to see what is working well and determine areas where continued improvement is needed.
Quest for Zero

At DRH Health, safety is more than a priority; it serves as the core of our operations. We are committed to eliminating preventable harm and integrating our Quest for Zero into every aspect of our mission. This initiative is not merely a goal; it represents a commitment we uphold daily. Our patients, their families, and our community deserve a safe care environment. Together, we are focused on making Quest for Zero the foundation of care at DRH Health.
