Dr. Kayla Watkins is a highly decorated minimally invasive surgeon bringing both passion and precision to her practice. As a Duncan native she has returned to the community alongside her husband and son, inspiring the next generation of female Surgeons. Since her return, Dr. Watkins has advanced Duncans surgical practices, initiating The Robotic Surgery Program at Duncan Regional Hospital and is the current chair of The Patient Care Committee. Her prestigious fellowship training at Emory University has given rural patients access to innovative surgical solutions through The Da Vinci® Surgical System. As a surgeon & native, Dr. Watkins finds joy in being able to provide exceptional care to the community that raised her.
