Notice of Security Incident

On January 20, 2022, DRH Health (“DRH”) detected suspicious activity that impacted access to some of its systems. As soon as DRH learned about the incident, it immediately implemented its incident response protocols, disconnected all systems, and external cybersecurity experts were hired to conduct a forensic investigation. The investigation found that some information stored outside DRH’s primary electronic medical records system may have been impacted.

What information was involved:

Impacted information may include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, addresses, limited treatment information and medical appointment information such as dates of service and names of the healthcare provider.

What is DRH Health doing:

DRH is taking steps to prevent a similar incident in the future, including conducting a global password reset, tightening firewall restrictions, and implementing endpoint threat detection and response monitoring software on workstations and servers. DRH is also offering impacted individuals complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Experian.

What you can do:

Impacted individuals should remain vigilant for incidents of identity theft or fraud and review their credit reports and financial statements for suspicious activity. Individuals are also encouraged to contact Experian at the number below with any questions and to take full advantage of Experian’s service offering.
