IMPORTANT:
When you are filling out the form above, please make sure to include the patient's first and last name so our volunteers can make sure your eCard is delivered to the right individual. Cards will be delivered Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Those eCards that are completed after 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day and those sent on weekends or holidays will be delivered the following business day.
Please note: The content of your eCard message is not confidential and will be seen by members of our Auxiliary. In the event that the patient is no longer at DRH, we will attempt to notify you via email.
